Notre Ros\u00e9 est un Ros\u00e9 de pressurage, compos\u00e9 de Pinot Noir et de Diolinoir. Sa robe pastel aux nuances violac\u00e9es exprime d\u00e9j\u00e0 sa fra\u00eecheur. En bouche, pas de sucrosit\u00e9 mais beaucoup de fruit et de tension. Des odeurs de fraises, framboises, cassis et en bouche une aromatique de coulis de fruits noirs.
